Terms & Conditions — Lineagely

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

"Lineagely", "we", "us", "our" — Lineagely, a document organisation and general information service operating at 29 Singhawat Road, Thani, Sukhothai 64000, Thailand.
"User", "you", "your" — any individual who accesses our website or engages with any of our services.
"Services" — the Heritage Inventory Session, Records Timeline Workshop, and Generational Archive Membership, as described on our website.
"Content" — all materials, templates, checklists, and information sheets made available as part of our Services.
"Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging with any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or Services.

Our Services are intended for individuals aged 18 years and over. By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

3. Description of Services

Lineagely provides the following general information and document organisation services:

Heritage Inventory Session (฿3,400) — a one-to-one administrative session supporting families in identifying and organising their household documents and important papers. This is an organisational and information service only.
Records Timeline Workshop (฿8,900 per person) — a group educational workshop covering general approaches to family record-keeping across generations. Content is entirely general in nature.
Generational Archive Membership (฿22,500 per year) — annual access to a library of general templates, checklists, and information sheets for household record management.

All Services are provided as general information and document organisation support only. Lineagely does not provide personal, legal, financial, or any other form of individual guidance or advice under any circumstances.

4. Membership Access

The Generational Archive Membership provides access to a digital resource library for a period of 12 months from the date of activation. Access credentials are personal and may not be shared. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access details. Lineagely reserves the right to suspend access where misuse is suspected.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our website or Services, you agree to:

Provide accurate information when completing our contact form or booking a service
Use our Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms
Respect the general and educational nature of all content provided
Not attempt to reproduce, redistribute, or resell any Content from our Services without our written permission
Not use our website or Services in any way that could harm, disrupt, or impair their functionality

6. Intellectual Property

All Content on our website and within our Services, including templates, checklists, educational materials, and written content, is the property of Lineagely or its licensors and is protected under applicable Thai law.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use Content solely for your own personal, non-commercial household record-keeping purposes. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Content without our prior written consent.

7. Payment Terms

All prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿). Payment is due in full prior to the commencement of any session, workshop, or membership activation. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Refunds

For sessions and workshops, cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours will not be refunded but may be rescheduled at Lineagely's discretion. For memberships, refunds are not available after access has been activated.

8. Service-Specific Terms

In-Person Sessions and Workshops

Sessions take place at our Sukhothai premises or at a location agreed in advance. You are responsible for arriving at the agreed time. Lineagely reserves the right to reschedule a session in the event of unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice given where possible.

General Scope of All Services

Our Services are strictly limited to general document organisation and educational information. Nothing provided during a session, workshop, or through our membership constitutes legal, financial, professional, or any other form of personal advice. Any decisions made by a user on the basis of content encountered through our Services are made entirely at the user's own discretion.

9. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided on an "as available" basis. While we take care to ensure that Content is accurate and useful, we make no representation that it is complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Lineagely expressly does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind. Users should seek independent professional advice for matters requiring individual guidance. Any reliance placed on Content from our Services is at the user's own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Lineagely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or Services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or any decisions made in reliance on our Content.

Our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service to which the claim relates.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter that cannot be lawfully excluded under Thai law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Lineagely harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our Services, or any act or omission on your part that causes harm to a third party.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Lineagely may suspend or terminate your access to our Services where you have breached these Terms or where continued access would pose a risk to the integrity of our services. Termination does not affect any accrued rights or obligations.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sukhothai Province, Thailand.

14. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lineagely.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights to a successor business.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
